What is the meaning of HUMILISWAG?

Humiliswag - Humility -(earns)- Swagger.
Humilsiwag is a concept and way of living as much as it is a sports team. The logo represents balance and the necessary skill of learning to flow between Zen & jam modes.  Hence the logo, water / fire, zen / jam, yin / yang, hot / cold, ebb / flow.  The athletes who make up Humiliswag all share a pursuit of an ideal, the vision to experience the highest level of flow and “jam mode” possible.     We pursue this via living a lifestyle dedicated to excellence in training, leadership, spirit, humility, and unity.

When did Humiliswag start?

Humiliswag was founded in Ocean City, Maryland by Tim Morrill and Alex Jacoski just after Tim moved back to OC from Boston during the summer of 2013.  The initial years of the team coincided with the birth of the Ocean City Beach Classic, Humilswags home tournament.

Headlining the first year of the OCBC was Humiliswag and the Boracay Dragons who have become great friend and partner with Humiliswag.  Since the original 2014 US Dragons tour,  many of the Boracay Dragons athletes have competed with Humiliswag.  In 2016 the PH’s own Butchok Onlayao came to the US to Renante Onlayao Jr. with the USA Ultimate Beach National Championships.

Since then Humiliswag has become a frequent goer to the Boracay Open on Boracay Island Philippines, and the USA Ultimate Beach National Championships that are held yearly in Virginia Beach.

What is the Goal of Humiliswag?

Humiliswag is on a mission to inspire and empower athletes globally.  We aim to teach our Morrill Performance training methodology to all of our athletes and to stay dedicated to becoming the best we can be while spreading spirit and competition.

Ladies and Gentlemen, this is Team Humiliswag of Ocean City, Maryland, USA!
